	Atul Hemani, Managing Director, An engineering Graduate from Bombay University he has a vast experience of over two decades in the IT industry. He is a co-founder of Omnitech and had worked for 2 years with HCL technical department prior to starting this venture. He is currently responsible for overall business strategy and direction for the organization. He drives the organic and in-organic growth of the organization in domestic and international markets. Under his leadership, Omnitech has grown from a “Garage Start up” to a global corporate entity with over 700+ skilled professionals. His focus and conviction on Innovation, Technology and Services has helped Omnitech to win various awards and accolades and more importantly to win customer confidence. Mr. Hemani is also on board of Arham Technologies co., Ltd. which offers Application Management and Infrastructure Management Services for clients in Japan. Arham Technologies is a joint venture between Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. and Sanwell Co. Ltd. Japan.



	Avinash Pitale, Executive Director, An engineering graduate from Bombay University, with two decades of experience in the IT industry. He is a co-founder of Omnitech and is responsible for conceptualizing execution and delivery models set up for Infrastructure Management Services and Disaster Recovery Services as well as setting up business processes, formulating policies, and managing the quality initiatives for the organization. A certified BS15000 and DRI professional, his areas of specialization are Business Continuity Planning and Facilities Management Services. Under his leadership Omnitech is in the process of developing a world-class Remote Management Center (including NOC) for Infrastructure Management Services. He brings to the table vast experience in the area of service delivery on various hardware and software platforms.



	Devarshi Buch, Executive Director, An engineering graduate from Bombay University, with two decades of experience in the IT industry. His areas of specialization are turnkey projects and IT consulting in the areas of enterprise computing, connectivity solutions and server based solutions. An Intel Certified Solutions Specialist, Compaq Technical Certified Engineer, Cisco Certified Networks Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Systems Design Associate (CSDA), he is responsible for driving business in the area of System Integration and Services.



	Anurag Shah, CEO Technology Services, He is a computer engineering graduate from Bombay University, with more than 10+ year's & experience in the IT industry. He has a Diploma in Business Management and is a member of the Technical Advisory Board of S.I.E.S. College of Management. He was the founder of EdVenture Systems Inc. (ESI) which is now a division of Omnitech. Anurag's focus is determining overall business strategy and directions for the Software Testing and E-Business divisions; building innovative technology solutions and services; and creating a sustainable skill base within the organization. Anurag also heads HR at Omnitech and drives the company towards achieving its goal of being a people friendly company. It is worth noting that Anurag has been instrumental in establishing premium relationships with IBM, Mercury and Borland. He is also on board of Arham Technologies co., Ltd. which offers Application Management and Infrastructure Management Services for clients in Japan. Arham Technologies is a joint venture between Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. and Sanwell Co. Ltd. Japan.
