Software Quality Assurance involves the entire software development process – from monitoring and improving the process to making sure that agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed, and ensuring that problems are identified and dealt with.

A key part of QA is testing, which involves operation of a system or application under controlled conditions (normal as well as abnormal) and evaluating results. The testing process involves intentionally making things go wrong in order to determine if things happen when they shouldn't or things don't happen when they should. The methodology is focused on 'detection'.

Organizations vary considerably in how they assign responsibility for QA and testing. Most IT organizations focus more on development than testing. Our Test Lab Services aim at providing our customers with specialized skills strictly limited to these activities and thus provide the much needed support to enable development organizations to focus on their core strengths.
